Failure to collect by date stipulated on our website, results in order being cancelled & no refunds apply. Orders can be collected on reopening date, no refunds or discounts wil be offered for late collection.

All parcels under 5kg will ship with Australia post.
All parcels over will ship with Sendle, unless service is unavailable for your area.

We endeavor to get your order posted within 7 business days. Please note this does not include weekends or Public holidays

However we will offer a replacement, refund or store credit if within the below timeframe.
-We must be notified within 3 business days if your product is damaged/faulty. You can contact us via plaster_kids@outlook.com. We will send a replacement at no cost asap.
